Edward Landin
American organist and composer Edward Landin (b. 1988) began his musical education at the St. Thomas Choir School under the direction of Gerre Hancock. He has studied further at the Interlochen Arts Academy, the Eastman School of Music, and Westminster Choir College. His primary teachers include Ken Cowan and Kathleen Scheide. Further organ studies and coachings have been with Roberta Gary, David Higgs, Susan Landale, Marie‑Louise Langlais, and Kimberly Marshall. Landin has served on the music staff of Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. As a recitalist, he has performed in the United States and Europe, including a featured organ recital at the 2010 Beaumaris Arts Festival in North Wales.
